What if I just purchased a phone system and it stopped working after two months?

First of all, this very seldom happens, but just in case, our REACT Team does have a procedure in place to get this resolved.  Our REACT Team will repair or replace the malfunctioning items at no cost, even if we have to come out during non-working hours.

What if I have an emergency after hours?

If you have an emergency after hours?  Call our main number, leave a message, and our REACT Team will be notified to call you ASAP.  Our system (The NEC DSX) will actually email all the members of the REACT Team, which consists of 3 technicians and 1 remote support technician. One us will call you back ASAP.
